Led by Jonathan Bergman and founded in 2009 our company is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida with offices in Westlake Village, California, Juroda's main business is pursuing opportunities in the Storage, Self Storage and Industrial asset classes.

Our Principals have developed a track record of identifying and unlocking untapped value in mismanaged or underutilized properties.
