Juroda Ventures is a real estate investment firm specializing in value-add and opportunistic investments, particularly in California, Florida and Texas. Our main business is in pursuing assets in Storage, Self-Storage and Industrial asset classes, more specifically Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS). 

Founded in 2009, our company is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, with offices in Westlake Village, California, and Angleton, Texas, Juroda Ventures is led by CEO & Chairman Jonathan Bergman, alongside Jordan Cassel, Justin Bergman and Byron Roberts on Juroda's executive team. Jordan runs our Debt and Equity division, Justin is responsible for overseeing leasing and management and Byron supports as a strategic advisor.

Our Principals have developed a track record of identifying and unlocking untapped value in mismanaged or underutilized properties. We focus on acquiring properties with solid fundamentals in strong locations with significant value-add potential. Our expertise and hands-on approach allow us to be at the forefront of the current wave of opportunities, which enables our company to create a diverse and stable portfolio of assets capable of generating secure, consistent and continually escalating free cash flows.
